Spring has sprung

It was a glorious 70+ degrees here in Minnesota yesterday.  So nice to finally have some spring weather! Yesterday's Pinned It Spinned It was a perfect look for a spring day - happy, bright colors!

I flip flopped my top and bottoms from the pin and chose my favorite pink pencil skirt because it was a perfect day to wear a skirt!  I had been meaning to pair this skirt and sweater together for a long time because of a different pin I have on my Pinterest, so I'm glad I finally did, I like how it turned out!

Sweater - New York and Co, consignment
Tank top - Old Navy
Skirt - two birds vintage via b. (a resale shop)
Shoes - Xhilaration, from Lori
Necklace - S&D

We took the baby on a nice long walk last night because it was so beautiful.  He must have loved the fresh air because he fell asleep on the walk, woke up long enough to be fed and changed for bed and then went to bed and slept the best he's slept in days.  We've been dealing with the four month sleep regression, so sleep has been rough lately - he still didn't sleep through the night, but he was only up once as opposed to the three and four times he had been waking.  I am a happy mama today!

  1. Wow, it is warmer by you than it is here! Send some of that 70 degrees over here :) Glad Oliver slept much better last night!

  3. Pink and green are always so great together! I love this combination so much. We went on a long walk yesterday too-glad it tuckered baby out and that you got a bit of sleep, I can't imagine how I'm going to do it when I have kids someday, you're amazing!

  4. OH! YES spring is here and I love your green top and pink skirt!
